Job Title: Roofer - Estates

At Morson Talent, we are currently recruiting for a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team in the Estates department at Devonport Dockyard in Plymouth. The successful candidate will have a strong background in roofing, with experience working on slate and tiled roofs. Key responsibilities include repairing and replacing soffits and fascias, as well as working independently and as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a 6-month initial contract. Our ideal candidate will have previous roofing experience, the ability to work at heights, and a good understanding of slate and tiled roofs. They will also possess excellent customer skills and be physically able to traverse various site conditions. The role demands a high level of physical fitness and the ability to obtain full SC security clearance.
