Advanced Clinical Pharmacist – Surgery and LJMU Teacher Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Pharmacist and Teacher Practitioner to join our team in the Surgical Division. As a key member of our team, you will provide clinical pharmacy services to our surgical patients and contribute to the education and training of our undergraduate MPharm students at Liverpool John Moores University.
Main Responsibilities- Provide high-level teaching to our MPharm undergraduates, working closely with the Lead Clinical Pharmacist - Education and Training.
- Develop and coordinate pharmacy undergraduate clinical teaching, working across the Trust and at Liverpool John Moores University.
- Provide an advanced clinical service to the Surgical Division, in accordance with professional, departmental, and Trust policies.
- Act as an independent prescriber, providing non-medical prescribing services to our surgical patients.
- Participate in consultant ward rounds and multidisciplinary meetings, relevant to the designated wards and directorate.

Requirements- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy or equivalent documented experience.
