About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at ROC Northwest. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with complex needs in a residential home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children and young people in all aspects of their daily lives, including education, personal care, and leisure activities.
  • Encourage and facilitate relationships between children and their families, as well as integration into the community through social activities and events.
  • Safeguard children and report any concerns or suspicions of harm.
  • Undertake basic housekeeping duties and other tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • A manual UK driving licence is required to use company vehicles.
  • Ability to work long day shifts, including sleep-ins from 10pm to 7am.
  • Rotating shifts, including weekends.
