We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Years Practitioner to join our team at Poppies Childcare Agency.

**About the Role:**

  • This is a full-time position, working 4 or 5 days a week.
  • You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide nurturing care and support to children, responding to their individual needs and interests.
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote cognitive, emotional, and physical development.
  • Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve high-quality outcomes for children.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent experience.
  • Recent experience working in a UK nursery setting.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the EYFS framework and Safeguarding procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Benefits:**

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
