Assistant Food and Events Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Food and Events Manager to join our team at Flackwell Heath Golf Club. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the food and beverage services, as well as coordinating events and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the preparation and service of food and beverages to the highest standards
  • Coordinate events and functions, including weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings
  • Develop and implement menus and pricing strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Collaborate with the events team to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a golf club or hospitality setting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
