We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Charge Nurse to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing professionals and providing high-quality care to patients with mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of nurses and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
  2. Develop and implement therapeutic relationships with patients to optimize engagement and recovery.
  3. Contribute to patient assessments, develop care plans, and monitor progress.
  4. Mentor and support student nurses and other team members.
  5. Promote professional development within the team.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Experience in mental health or learning disability services.
  • At least 3 years of experience post-registration.
  • Clinical supervision experience essential, training desirable.
  • Good computer skills and ability to work in a locked rehabilitation environment.
