Credit Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Stonegate Group. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by managing credit risks, maintaining supplies, and reviewing accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Manage credit problems of both a short-term and long-term nature, ensuring that potential debts are addressed quickly and efficiently.
- Control bad debts by ensuring that the company does not take undue financial risks or non-commercial decisions.
- Maintain supplies to our pubs within agreed and documented procedures.
- Regularly review accounts on refer, credit limits, and allocate cash.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with publicans and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Experience of working in a credit control team preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, including a clear and concise telephone manner.
- Ability to show empathy and well-developed listening skills.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
