About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salaried GP to join our dynamic team at Radcliffe on Trent Health Centre. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our practice.
Key Responsibilities
As a Salaried GP, you will be expected to:
- Provide high-quality clinical care to our patients, including routine consultations, examinations, and treatments.
- Contribute to the development of our practice, including participating in quality improvement initiatives and contributing to the development of our clinical team.
- Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient care and outcomes.
- Participate in on-call and out-of-hours cover, as required.
About Us
Radcliffe on Trent Health Centre is a thriving and busy training practice serving 8,400 patients across South Rushcliffe. We have a multi-disciplinary team led by our GP Partners, which comprises GPs, nurses, HCAs, an NA, as well as Clinical Pharmacists, technicians, physiotherapists, and social prescribers as part of our wider PCN ARRS team.
Person Specification
We are looking for a Salaried GP who:
- Has excellent clinical knowledge and skills, with a strong commitment to quality improvement.
- Is able to work collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has a strong interest in education and training, with a willingness to participate in teaching and mentoring.
- Is able to work flexibly, with a willingness to participate in on-call and out-of-hours cover.
