Estimator/Quantity Surveyor Opportunity in Central Scotland

First People Solutions is pleased to be working with a leading construction company in Central Scotland to recruit an experienced Estimator/Quantity Surveyor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with the sub-contractor supply chain to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Utilize estimating software to prepare accurate estimates.
  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven estimating experience within a Main Contractor or Sub-Contractor background.
  • Strong knowledge of the Scottish construction market.
  • Experience with Conquest estimating software or similar is an advantage.
