About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Atlassian. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of our Work Management platform among our largest customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Account Directors, Solution Engineers, and Channel Partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise in consultative sales methodologies.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance and pipeline health to senior leadership.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of success in enterprise accounts.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales metrics.
  • Fluent English language skills (speaking and writing).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
