Senior Support Worker Opportunity at Victoria House

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Victoria House, a highly valued provider of care in Rushden, Northamptonshire.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our service users, working closely with our experienced team to ensure their physical and emotional needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centered care to service users, promoting their independence and dignity
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement care plans
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with older people in residential care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team
  • QCF 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or willingness to work towards
