Job Title: Roofing Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Technician to join our team at the Guinness Partnership. As a Roofing Technician, you will be responsible for assisting the Roofer and carrying out remedial works to a high standard, ensuring a customer-focused maintenance repairs service is delivered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Roofer in carrying out remedial works to a high standard.
• Carry out minor remedial roofing works, including guttering and slate replacement, minor leaks.
• Work in a customer-focused environment, meeting agreed performance targets.
• Follow agreed procedures and accurately record data and information.
• Operate safely, considering environmental circumstances and possible risks, including working at heights.

Requirements:

• Proven ability to carry out minor remedial roofing works to a competent standard.
• Experience of working in a customer-focused environment, meeting agreed performance targets.
• Ability to work methodically, following agreed procedures and accurately recording data and information.
• A full clean UK driving license.

Desirable:

• Health and Safety Knowledge.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
