About the Role

As a Senior Paediatric Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children and their families in the community. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.


Responsibilities
  • Deliver nursing interventions, including medicine delivery and management
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients' families
  • Work closely with community teams, CHC nurses, and CCG commissioners to establish and maintain bespoke packages of care

Requirements
  • RSCN with a minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK and an active NMC PIN
  • Advanced communication skills verbally and written to liaise effectively with patients, families, and the MDT
  • Suitable for Band 5/Band 6 Nurses with evidence of effective leadership and management of HCAs

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits including a £3,000 car allowance, 2 days' remote work per week, and a private pension scheme.
