Marketing Manager for Commercial Risk Solutions

Aon is seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our Commercial Risk Solutions team. This role will be responsible for creating strategic marketing plans, programs, and assets that position the firm for success in close collaboration with the wider global marketing and communications function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with marketing leaders on agreed key priorities and areas of client need to drive thought leadership, content, and solution capabilities for core products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with Regional Risk Marketing leaders to deliver and activate robust thought leadership and content while aligning global and regional growth priorities.
  • Own and support delivery of multiple marketing assets including thought leadership, whitepapers, surveys, presentations, web content, colleague guides, webinars, sales sheets/technical bulletins, articles, videos, etc.

Requirements:

  • Extensive professional B2B and marketing communications experience (CIM qualification desired).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and grammatical skills and experience developing compelling and actionable content for a variety of audiences and a proven ability to distil complex topics into digestible content for multiple mediums.
  • Exceptional skills in researching, copy-writing, proof-reading, and constructing effective messaging to position offerings.
  • Proven success engaging with and influencing executives and cross-functional leaders in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to execute programs with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
