Job Title: SEO Lead Specialist

Forward Role is seeking a skilled SEO Lead Specialist to lead and innovate our SEO strategies across multiple businesses within our group. As a key member of our marketing function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored SEO plans that drive growth and revenue.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO principles and techniques, with experience in using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics. You will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt strategies for different industries and markets.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from technical SEO to content creation and link-building. You will be part of a collaborative and dynamic marketing team, working closely with divisional marketing teams, content creators, and developers to drive growth and innovation.

What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of SEO experience, ideally in a multi-site, agency, or multi-business environment.
- Proficient in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Strong understanding of both on-page and off-page SEO techniques.
- Excellent analytical mindset, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored SEO plans that drive growth and revenue for multiple companies within the group.
- Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
- Conduct regular site audits to identify and fix technical issues such as crawl errors and page speed.
- Ensure websites are mobile-friendly and optimised for search engine crawlability.
- Collaborate with content teams to produce SEO-optimised blogs, product descriptions, and web pages.
