Verto People is seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to join its team in the North West of the UK. The ideal candidate will have experience selling, servicing, or managing accounts within engineering, specifically in compressed air or transferable products.

The successful candidate will work remotely, covering Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, and surrounding areas, selling compressed air equipment such as compressors, nitrogen generators, blowers, and dryers. They will also be responsible for managing key accounts via OEM customers.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth with a reputable global manufacturer. The salary range is £35,000-£38,000 (OTE £50,000) depending on experience, along with a high bonus scheme, company car, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, phone, laptop, and additional benefits.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Managing a number of key accounts for compressed air equipment through distribution channels and OEM customers.
  2. Developing and maintaining existing relationships while growing new business opportunities.
  3. Maintaining new compressor sales through demonstration, exhibition, and negotiation.
  4. Collaborating closely with the Service Department to provide exceptional after-sales service.

The successful candidate should possess determination, enthusiasm, and motivation to succeed and grow with our organization. A technical engineering qualification, Apprentice trained, HNC, HND, or Degree would be advantageous.
