Our client, a leading agency in legal, company secretarial, and governance recruitment, is seeking a talented Graduate Legal Recruitment Consultant to join their team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in identifying leads, establishing new business connections, and overseeing recruitment campaigns from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and select candidates, guiding them through the recruitment journey
- Meet with hiring managers to grasp the brief, strategize, and execute recruitment campaigns
- Utilize CRM and networking tools to expand your network of potential prospects and candidates
- Seek opportunities for business growth and expansion, while continually enhancing your expertise in the market
