Business Development Associate

The Caraires Consultancy is seeking a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a key player in our sales efforts, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and promoting our apprenticeship programmes through effective telesales and marketing strategies.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Your strong background in B2B telesales and appointment making will enable you to engage with prospects and customers through various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships with prospects and customers through multi-channel engagement, including telephone, email, social media, mail shot, and mail contact.
- Conduct market research to gather valuable insights that support the Direct Marketing Team.
- Use a database/CRM tool to manage customer interactions and data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Demonstrate creativity in your approach while maintaining accurate information and data.
Compensation Package:
- An annual salary of £23,000.
- A performance-based bonus of up to £4,800 per annum (£400 per month).
- The flexibility to work from home after completing a successful probationary period.
