About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Resourcer to join our team at Class 1 Personnel. As a leading staffing and recruitment company, we specialize in finding talent across the UK and providing staff into temporary and permanent roles within the events, catering, and hospitality sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Recruitment Consultants and Management team in a wide range of duties, focusing on developing our candidate database to ensure we have the best candidates registered when vacancies arise.
  • Review incoming applications, contact candidates, pre-screen, and arrange registration interviews.
  • Conduct registration interviews with candidates and conduct catch-up calls with existing candidates.
  • Obtain and verify right-to-work documents, update expiring compliance when necessary.
  • Write and post online job adverts, source candidates for specific vacancies using online job boards.
  • Liaise with candidates to discuss their interest in various vacancies and update our database routinely.
  • Assist and oversee phone and on-site check-ins for bookings, provide in-house training.
Requirements
  • Good communication and telephone etiquette skills.
  • Able to multi-task and work independently and within a team.
  • Computer literate and able to follow instructions.
  • Confident in working with a high level of organization and time management skills.
  • Takes pride in their appearance and is a people person.
