We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at Kenton Black, a leading Main Contractor in the Midlands region. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the on-site team of Sub-Contractors and suppliers to deliver high-quality projects safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client requirements, project programmes, and budgeted costs.
About the Role:- Lead and manage the on-site team to deliver projects safely and efficiently
- Liaise with Contracts manager & Project Co-Ordinator to drive a consistent & proactive approach to health & safety on site
- Manage hazards & risks, and ensure all contractors & visitors are thoroughly inducted onto sites
- Build an understanding of project budgets to drive efficiencies and oversee contractor performance
- Previous experience as a Senior Site Manager
- Experience of working within the Construction industry for a Main Contractor, specifically on Design and Build; as well as sound knowledge of JCT and NEC Conditions of Contract
- Experience with RC Framework and MEP head houses
