Key Responsibilities:
As an Accounting and Financial Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Managing accruals and prepayments
  2. Accurately invoicing and reconciling customer records
  3. Collaborating with the Administrator on cost invoices
  4. Preparing VAT returns and payroll information
  5. Supporting the MD with operational reporting
  6. Performing ad hoc duties

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Strong financial reporting skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Excel and accountancy software (e.g. Xero, Sage, Quickbooks)
  • Familiarity with VAT, payroll, and other key finance functions

The estimated salary for this role is £29,000 - £34,000 per annum.
