Job Summary
Megz.ink is a well-established tattoo and piercing shop based on a prominent road in Bristol. We are seeking an experienced Tattoo Artist to help us deliver exceptional customer service and create unique tattoo designs.

We are looking for a skilled professional with a strong portfolio of work and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in tattooing and be able to manage appointments and maintain a clean workspace.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service principles and be able to utilise social media platforms for self-promotion and marketing purposes. They will also be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their tattoo requirements and preferences.
  2. Create custom tattoo designs based on client feedback and input.
  3. Respect clients' tattoo choices and provide guidance as needed.
  4. Manage appointments and maintain a clean and organised workspace.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Utilise social media platforms for self-promotion and marketing purposes.

Requirements

  1. At least 3 years of experience in tattooing with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse styles.
  2. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  3. Experience in customer service and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Working Arrangements

  • Full-time position available.
  • Weekend availability required.
