Project Coordinator Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from start to finish.

About You:

  • Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.
  • Tools: Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Methodologies: Knowledge of PM methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and budgets.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project activities, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time.
  • Progress Tracking: Track project progress, reporting on milestones, and escalating any issues to the project manager.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes and tools.
