About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position working Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment cycle from initial interview through to hire, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and strengthening existing relationships whilst also bringing on new accounts.

Our approach is both professional and friendly, enabling us to provide a unique personalised service to our clients on an Account Managed basis. Although recruitment experience is desirable, it is not essential, and we are open to talking with someone who is looking for a change of career.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent relationship builder with the ability to influence, must have the ability to work well on their own and as part of a dedicated team, and have the confidence to develop and win new business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruitment cycle from initial interview through to hire
  • Build strong rapport with clients and candidates, strengthening existing relationships whilst also showing tenacity to bring on new accounts
  • Engage with candidates daily, using a variety of sourcing tools to highlight, select and interview relevant candidates for client vacancies
Person Specification
  • An excellent relationship builder with the ability to influence
  • Must have the ability to work well on your own and as part of a dedicated, lively team
  • Need to be tenacious with the confidence to develop and win new business
What We Offer
  • A competitive base salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
  • Excellent monthly bonus with up to 35% of billings with no cap
