Reward Gateway is seeking a seasoned Benefits Consultant to join our team and help us deliver exceptional employee benefits solutions to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on flexible benefits, voluntary benefits, and total reward schemes to help our clients achieve their reward strategy goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients to define their employee benefits strategy and agree on project scope.
  • Manage the implementation or renewal of flexible benefits, online total reward solutions, and online payslips solutions.
  • Guide clients through the administration process, system solution, and Edenred products and services.
  • Identify, specify, and document data interfaces, including payroll and benefit providers.
  • Facilitate reviews and encourage feedback, documenting all processes related to Edenred services.
  • Prepare end-of-project debriefs and ensure project closure meetings or calls take place.
  • Work with account management teams to build strong relationships with clients and hand over clients to the appropriate team after project completion.
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge of the employee benefits marketplace.
  • Excellent project management skills and experience managing large, complex schemes.
  • Strong client-facing consultancy skills.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients.
  • Ability to work accurately, consistently, and in a timely manner.
  • Commitment to quality and customer service.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
