Job Title: Multi-Skilled Building Maintenance Manager

Location: Liverpool

Salary: Up to £40,000

Role Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Building Maintenance Manager to lead planned and reactive maintenance projects across a diverse portfolio of industrial and commercial buildings. This is a fast-paced business with a focus on growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Delivering projects across Ground Management, Roofing, and Joinery teams.

The successful candidate will work closely with our existing team, requiring a confident and personable character.

Key Requirements:

  1. Five years of relevant experience in a building maintenance environment.
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  3. Ability to work across various project types.
  4. A full clean driver's licence is required for site travel.

Desirable Qualifications:

  1. CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme).
  2. PASMA (Prefabricated Access Suppliers and Manufacturers Association).
  3. Previous roofing experience.
