Job Description

Savanna Staff Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Class 1 Driver to support one of the world's largest postal services. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a Cat CE driver, with at least 6 months of provable experience on the road.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily pre- and post-vehicle inspections to maintain HGV roadworthiness
  • Drive trunks from depot to depot, with trailer swaps at operating centers
  • Follow correct procedures and operating systems
  • Maintain impeccable road standards of driving
Requirements
  • Current UK Licence, Digi card, and CPC DQC card
  • Right to live and work in the UK (9-digit settlement share code)
  • Good Communicable English (talking and writing)
Compensation

The company offers competitive pay rates, with elevated overtime pay for hours worked beyond the standard shift. The rates are as follows:
