Job Summary:
As a Senior Civil Engineer at Strata Consulting, you will play a key role in the delivery of complex civil engineering projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. This will involve managing teams of engineers and technicians, and developing and implementing project plans and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of multidisciplinary projects, balancing demands and priorities, from project feasibility, planning and through to design and construction* Prepare and review technical deliverables* Help orchestrate and mentor technical staff with responsibility for contributing to planning team workload* Develop and implement project plans and schedules* Manage teams of engineers and technicians* Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need technical experience relevant to the planning and delivery of major civil engineering programmes and projects. A willingness to travel and a desire to lead continuous quality improvement in our work are also essential. Additionally, you should be a Member or prospective Member of a relevant professional institution and have enthusiasm for and flexibility to adapt to the challenging nature of our projects. Estimated salary: £85,000 - £115,000 per annum
