Job Overview

Zypp Electric is seeking a highly motivated Electric Vehicle Service Optimization Lead to lead the efficient and profitable operations of our automotive service hub. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning and client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in automotive service management, with a proven track record of operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Staff Management: Select, train, and supervise skilled technicians and administrative staff to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Relations: Foster positive relationships with clients through effective communication, problem-solving, and timely issue resolution.
  • Cost Control: Implement strategies to control costs effectively while maintaining service quality standards.
  • Service Record Maintenance: Oversee accurate maintenance of all service records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.
  • Hub Operations: Ensure timely opening and efficient operation of the hub, including fleet allotment and reporting.
  • Fleet and Asset Safety: Prioritize the safety and maintenance of the fleet and hub assets, implementing measures to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Technician Productivity: Monitor and optimize technician productivity levels to enhance efficiency and minimize turnaround time for fleet repairs.
  • Electric Vehicle Expertise: Possess technical knowledge of electric vehicles and stay updated on industry advancements and best practices.
  • Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely reports on fleet operations, service performance, and other relevant metrics.
  • Fire Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and implement preventive measures to mitigate fire risks within the hub premises.
  • Operational Efficiency: Maintain a proactive approach to identify and address operational bottlenecks or challenges, striving for seamless and organized hub operations.

We offer a competitive salary of $95,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
