About the Role

As a retail merchandiser within the Dee Set team, you will be responsible for delivering great results in a great place to work. As a key member of our Retail Merchandising Team, your primary focus will be on merchandising cosmetics, clip strips, greetings cards, building replenishment of display units and implementation of POS.

Key Responsibilities

• Merchandise cosmetics, clip strips, greetings cards, and other products to drive sales and customer engagement
• Build and maintain display units to create an attractive and inviting store environment
• Implement POS and other visual merchandising elements to enhance the customer experience
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals

Requirements

• Happy to use your own smartphone or tablet for work purposes to send and receive reports and photos
• Confident working alone and using your own initiative
• Love delivering great standards and service for our customers
