Job Overview

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Mobile Plant Fitter to join our team in the South West region.

This is a remote position that offers a high degree of autonomy, allowing the successful candidate to plan their own schedule and represent the company in the South West.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform diagnostics and fault finding on mobile plant equipment
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, to achieve goals and objectives
  • Represent the company in a professional manner, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Plant Fitter with knowledge of diagnostics and fault finding
  • Strong technical skills and ability to work with a variety of equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage own schedule

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £38,000 - £42,000 (OTE £50k - £65k)
