Care Assistant for Children

The Role:
You will offer tailored strategies to manage challenging behaviour with patience and understanding, promoting independence and building confidence in our young clients. You'll be a reliable and caring presence, offering companionship and emotional support to help them thrive.
What We Offer:
• Competitive Salary: £13.45 - £20.17 per hour, paid weekly*

The Requirements:
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
• Experience or a willingness to learn strategies for autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities
• A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
• The right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS (we'll assist with this, refunding the cost after a set period)
• Over 18, with excellent communication skills and a caring attitude
