We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Facilities Manager to join our team at The Hut Group.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in facilities management and will be required to have a full UK driving licence.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, flexible, and innovative in their approach to work.

The successful candidate will be expected to develop and implement effective solutions to improve site operations and reduce costs.

They will also be required to maintain accurate records and reports, and provide regular updates to senior management.

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing a team of direct reports, including soft and hard services support staff, and will be required to coordinate all aspects of 3rd party contractor works on-site.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000-£55,000 per year depending on experience, plus benefits.
