About the Role

Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a skilled Swimming Teacher to join our team. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and deliver engaging swimming lessons that meet the requirements of the Swim England Learn to Swim Programme.
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and colleagues, providing a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Comply with the Swim England Code of Ethics and Code of Conduct, ensuring the safety and well-being of all customers.
  • Continuously improve our swim lesson programme and services to swimmers and customers.
