Building Safety Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Safety Consultant to join our team at The Health and Safety Partnership. As a key member of our consultancy, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance to clients on building safety matters, including the implementation of safety management systems and resident engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement building safety documentation and reports
  • Provide expert advice on statutory compliance for building and fire safety
  • Work with clients to develop and improve safety management systems
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in building safety and fire safety management
  • Strong knowledge of safety management systems and resident engagement strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or further safety qualifications
