As a Teaching Assistant for Key Stage 2, you will play a vital role in supporting the educational progress of our students. You will work closely with teachers to deliver high-quality support in lessons, making a positive impact on the lives of our students.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and understanding, with a deep understanding of children's emotions and behavior. They will actively seek to remove barriers to learning, ensuring every student has the opportunity to succeed.

Key Tasks:
  • Providing individualized or small group support to students, as needed.
  • Collaborating with class teachers to develop strategies that enhance pupil engagement and progress.
  • Preparing educational activities and resources in consultation with the class teacher and SENDCo.
  • Fostering effective communication among children, team members, and the wider community.
Salary Information

The salary for this role is £24,907 - £30,015 per annum, depending on experience.
