Educational Leader Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced teacher to join our schools based in the Reading area as an Education Professional.
This role involves inspiring students to develop a love for learning by employing innovative teaching strategies and contributing to a supportive learning environment that promotes academic excellence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs, developing strong classroom management skills, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in any subject.
- Demonstrated experience teaching at any school level in the UK.
- A strong commitment to creating a positive learning environment and promoting academic excellence.
Working Details:
Working days: Monday to Friday
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
