About the Role

As a Surgical Laser Technician at Agiliti, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of medical equipment in operating rooms. Your attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment will make you an invaluable member of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test, clean, and sterilize equipment in the operating room prior to procedures.
  • Present in the operating room during procedures, with the level of involvement subject to physician demands.
  • Remove, clean, disinfect, and sterilize all surgical equipment after procedures.
  • Ensure operational excellence of all vehicles and equipment by communicating defects or necessary maintenance to key stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Transport equipment to ensure it is in the right place at the right time for necessary procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior medical, EMT, Surgical Technologist, or military experience preferred.
  • Must hold a current, valid, and unrestricted driver's license. Must have a safe driving record based on Agiliti policies.
  • Must be able to lift up to eighty pounds and push or pull up to one hundred pounds.
  • Must be able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time as well as be able to bend and reach repeatedly.
  • Be able to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods of time.
