Job Title: Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the construction of a new multi-storey car park and administration, education, and research centre at Hinchingbrooke Hospital. The successful candidate will provide strategic construction and commercial leadership, overseeing project teams and ensuring compliance with best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic construction and commercial leadership for the Enabling Works Programme, ensuring alignment with NHS sustainability and Net Zero targets.
  • Oversee the development and management of project teams, ensuring effective delivery and adherence to best practices.
  • Manage procurement processes for construction and commercial contracts, ensuring alignment with government frameworks and delivering best value for money.
  • Develop and implement integrated governance and risk management plans for the projects, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
