**Job Description:** Senior Building Regulation Specialist

**Estimated Salary:** £50,000 - £65,000 per annum

Vox Network Consultants is seeking a Senior Building Regulation Specialist to join our team. As a senior member of our building control team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating building control activities across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deputise for the Principal Building Surveyor during absences.
  • Manage and coordinate building control activities across multiple projects.
  • Scrutinize Full Plans applications, Building Notices, and Regularisation Applications for compliance with building regulations.
  • Carry out site inspections and verify completion of works in accordance with building regulations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Registration with the Building Safety Regulator above Class 2A.
  • Proven ability to manage and coordinate building control activities across multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
