Job Title: Social Media and Marketing Officer

Contract Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Media and Marketing Officer to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms and paid advertising, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns, ensuring effective targeting, budget management, and performance analysis.
  • Create compelling, on-brand content, including posts, graphics, and videos, tailored to different platforms.
  • Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to comments and messages promptly.
  • Analyze social media performance using analytics tools, preparing regular reports to highlight key insights and suggest improvements.
  • Collaborate with the team to support broader marketing initiatives, such as email campaigns, content marketing, and brand promotions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Meta Business Suite.
  • Proven experience in social media management, with a strong understanding of various platforms and each unique audience.
  • Ability to demonstrate experience managing paid social media campaigns, including strategy, execution, and optimization.
  • Experience with Google Ads, including campaign setup, management, and analysis.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
  • Proficiency using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
  • Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven attitude.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license and be able to work from our Norwich office.
