Job Summary:


We are seeking an NPI Administrator to join our team at Genpact, providing administrative support for the Engineering team in daily management. The successful candidate will ensure proper up-to-date status of NPIs and real-time readiness spot checks, performing database management and dashboard updates to track KPIs, productivity projects, and Smartsheet-related tasks.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Database management and maintenance of NPI Engineering databases related to any NPI and productivity projects.
  • Scrap part management for NPIs, including maintaining database of scrap parts, ordering scraps when required, and maintaining scrap part storing of NPIs.
  • Maintaining Lesson Learned Database and cross-checking of NPI deliverables readiness related to any RDRs.
  • Communicating with Arnab and the eCRD regarding site-level capability lists, cost, and timing.
  • Performing any administrative tasks that may arise.

Requirements:


This role requires a minimum qualification of an Aerospace background with LEAN Six Sigma and mechanical or aeronautical engineering or diploma. Preferred qualifications include strong administrative skills, willingness to perform routine tasks, efficient communication skills, logical thinking, and a detailed-oriented mindset.


Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
