Financial Administrator Assistant

We are looking for a skilled AAT Accounts Assistant to work with our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales ledgers and providing administrative support to the existing finance assistant.
The Perfect Candidate
We require someone with exceptional organizational skills, who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, as well as excellent communication skills to provide top-notch customer service. Additionally, you must have prior experience working in a finance department.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage sales ledgers to ensure accurate financial records.
- Provide administrative support to the finance assistant.
- Assist with revenue management and billing tasks.
- Reconcile customer accounts to ensure transactions are accurately recorded.
- Prepare reports on accounts receivable status for accurate financial information.
Compensation and Benefits
- A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 25 days holiday plus 3 additional days, and 5 extra days after 5 years service.
- Free parking available for all employees.
- Hybrid working arrangement available after probation period.
- Earlier finish on Fridays for better work-life balance.
