At Frazer Jones, we are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition and Diversity Manager to join our team in London. As a key partner in our Talent team, you will play a critical role in shaping our recruitment strategy and driving diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partnership, ensuring that our organization attracts, selects, and hires top talent efficiently and effectively. You will act as the primary liaison between our internal HR team and the RPO provider, aligning recruitment strategies with business goals and talent needs.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership abilities, a solid understanding of the talent acquisition lifecycle, and a commitment to driving continuous improvement in the recruitment process.


RPO Partnership Management :
Monitor and manage the RPO performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Collaborate with the RPO team to develop recruitment strategies tailored to our organization's specific needs.
Recruitment Strategy & Execution :
Implement talent acquisition strategies to meet short-term and long-term hiring goals. Ensure that recruitment strategies are aligned with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Continuously evaluate recruitment processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Leverage data analytics and recruitment metrics to improve time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire. Introduce and implement innovative recruiting methods, including AI-driven sourcing and recruitment marketing tools. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies throughout the recruitment process. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive talent acquisition strategy.

Stakeholder Management :

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including department heads, hiring managers, and HR business partners, to ensure the alignment of recruitment activities.

Provide training and support to hiring managers on interviewing, assessment methods, and candidate selection.

Produce and present regular reports on recruitment performance, including RPO outcomes, time-to-fill, quality of hire, and hiring manager satisfaction.

Utilize data-driven insights to inform recruitment strategies and present findings to senior leadership.

8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including experience managing RPO providers. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employer branding, and talent market trends. Proven experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment marketing platforms, and data analytics tools. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment.
