Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Porter/Caretaker to join our team at Abbatt Property Recruitment. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our residents, ensuring their comfort and convenience in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with various tasks, including providing recycling bags, signing for and delivering packages, and helping to organize contractors for repairs.
  • Organize cleaners for individuals, arrange taxis and airport transport, and assist with carrying shopping and suitcases.
  • Run errands for residents, such as dropping them off at the tube or local doctor appointments, and assist with pet care and furniture moving.
  • Perform tasks such as changing light bulbs, watering plants, and other maintenance duties.
