We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Holiday Inn Express Braintree. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel by performing routine maintenance tasks, conducting planned preventative maintenance, and responding to maintenance emergencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the management of all maintenance requirements across the hotel, including infrastructure, repairs, and renovations
- Conduct planned preventative maintenance and systematic testing of rooms and electrical equipment
- Ensure the safety and smooth operation of our hotels to guarantee an exceptional guest experience
- Respond to maintenance emergencies
