About the Role

We are seeking skilled Mental Health Support Professionals to join our team at Prospero Health and Social Care. The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable individuals, providing emotional support and encouraging confidence growth.

The role involves supporting children with complex needs and behavioral difficulties in a residential setting. This includes participating in recreational activities, assisting with basic living skills, and facilitating community access.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish trust and provide encouragement to support individuals' confidence growth
  • Participate in recreational activities such as bowling and swimming
  • Assist with basic living skills within the home environment
  • Facilitate community access and socialization

Knowledge, Qualifications, and Experience Required

Candidates must have previous experience working with similar client groups and be able to demonstrate their ability to care for vulnerable individuals. A strong understanding of emotional support strategies and confidence-building techniques is essential.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between £13.00 and £15.00 per hour, with sleep-ins paid at £75.00 per shift. Long days with sleep-ins are a regular part of this role. We offer a competitive hourly rate and a supportive work environment that fosters personal and professional growth.
