About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Data Mapping Business Analyst to join our team at Treliant. As a key member of our data quality and reconciliation transformation project, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our clients' data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Map data flows from multiple systems into our core Loans processing data repository
  • Develop and maintain data mappings and translations
  • Prepare and distribute mapping documentation to stakeholders
  • Conduct data analytics to support decision-making processes
  • Provide streamlined reporting, analytics, and insights to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define business requirements
  • Ensure data integrity and validity through automated reconciliations
  • Develop process flows and validate data sources
  • Define and document business requirements and functional specifications
Requirements
  • Strong educational background, preferably with a Master's degree
  • Demonstrated experience working as a Business Analyst
  • Experience in data reconciliation and tracing
  • Advanced experience with Excel
  • Data validation and presentation systems a plus
  • Experience working with data flows, mappings, and translations
  • Confident writing mapping documents for various audiences
  • Experience working on professional services projects, ideally for Investment Banks or Big 4 consulting firms
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks across various timelines
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated independence, teamwork, and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of seniority
