Drive Enterprise Sales and Team Management in a Dynamic London Environment

As an Enterprise Sales Director at Salt, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and team management in our hybrid London office. This exciting opportunity involves striking a perfect balance between hands-on sales activities and overseeing a small team of talented Enterprise Sales Representatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a small team of Enterprise Sales Representatives, focusing on achieving team goals and developing skills through regular coaching and feedback sessions.
  • Establish clear expectations and performance metrics, tracking progress and providing ongoing guidance to ensure seamless execution.
  • Actively manage and expand a portfolio of enterprise clients, with a focus on delivering Microsoft and Cisco solutions tailored to their specific needs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive account growth through strategic selling and relationship-building strategies.
  • Achieve a defined individual sales target while effectively balancing team responsibilities and coaching.
  • Craft customized sales strategies for each client, ensuring tailored solutions and exceptional client satisfaction rates.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within Microsoft and Cisco, leveraging these connections to maximize client engagement and partnership opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of escalation for client issues, collaborating cross-functionally to provide top-tier support and resolve matters efficiently.
  • Contribute to the development of the strategic sales plan and team goals, allocating time between direct sales activities and team management tasks.
  • Analyze sales performance data to monitor progress, report on team achievements, and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate proven experience in managing and driving enterprise sales within a VAR, showcasing a successful record in client acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Develop strong familiarity and connections with Microsoft and/or Cisco sales teams.
  • Proven track record in leading or mentoring sales teams, inspiring and motivating team members while achieving personal sales targets.
  • Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a strategic mindset.
