About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indirect Tax Manager to join our growing team in Hammersmith. This is an international advisory role with responsibility for managing the indirect tax position of the Liberty Global group, including the UK & NL Corporate entities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on indirect tax matters to the European business affiliates and UK & NL Corporate entities, minimizing risk and optimizing the VAT position. This includes supporting in relation to indirect tax audits and controversies.
  • Manage the VAT group registrations for the UK & NL corporate entities, including periodic review of entity activities, and review of relevant entity formations, name changes or liquidations.
  • Support high growth businesses within the Liberty Global portfolio by providing guidance on indirect tax compliance and optimization strategies.
  • Stay abreast of changes in indirect tax legislation and regulations, ensuring the company remains compliant with all applicable laws.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal and operations teams, to ensure seamless implementation of indirect tax policies and procedures.

Your Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of indirect tax principles and regulations, particularly in the UK and Netherlands. You will have proven experience in managing complex indirect tax matters within a multinational organization. Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
